Can I apply for a job advertised without registering with you?

No. You can visit the site and review the jobs currently available at any time. However, if you wish to apply for any specific job then the link will take you to ER’s registration page, which will ask you for some basics detail and will also lead you to the link to enable you to complete the Behavioural Profiling Questionnaire.

What is behavioural profiling?

There are a range of profiling tools and products available. The Behavioural Profiling tool that we use identifies key behavioural strengths and preferred working styles. It is validated by the British Psychological Society to 87% and adds value to what can be a highly subjective process.

Information is collected on line from you in the form of a questionnaire. This will take 10 minutes to complete. Or Clients also complete questionnaires. They complete questionnaires based upon the role requirements for their current vacancy. The line manager also complete a questionnaire. All this information helps illustrate the important behaviours and working styles that are likely to result in success in the role. The information helps us assess not only which roles you might be qualified for but which organisations you will be more suited to.

However, we will be unable to properly consider your application until you have completed the questionnaire.
